Reverend Avril is available to officiate your wedding ceremony in Ontario.

Together we’ll create a ceremony that makes your special day perfect.

Your retainer will guarantee your time and date in the wedding book at which time Avril can work on your behalf.

Upon receipt of your retainer Avril will send an intake form for you to fill in, the contract, and the basic ceremony to be personalized just for you. You can even write your own vows!

The religious affiliations Avril is able to adhere to include Metaphysical Spirituality, Buddhist, Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Episcopalian, Lutheran, Methodist, Mormon, Presbyterian, Earth-based, Pagan and Unitarian…and of course, LOVE.

Avril’s religion is Metaphysical Spirituality. She has performed hundreds of ceremonies for couples and families who would adamantly say they are not religious and have loved her work. If religion offends you, this is the moment you should ask yourself why you are trying to hire a minister.

Fun Fact! That ‘love is patient, love is kind’ reading…is from the Bible.
It is most often requested by couples who have emphatically told Avril absolutely NO religion.

Service Prices

NB – Wedding pricing does not include phone calls, zoom calls, or in-person meetings.
Coaching calls are $100 an hour on zoom.

If you request a call with me before, during or after your booking and wedding day,
you will be offered a 1 hour Coaching call and will be given the payment information.

Full Marriage Ceremonies $400
Includes your custom ceremony (approximately 20 minutes).
Legal paperwork at your ceremony and after.
Available Tuesday-Saturday
This pricing also applies to any and all ceremonies scheduled
for Saturdays after 12 noon.
Travel fees and taxes may apply.
Retainer is required
All couples being considered by Avril will be invited to a zoom meeting to go over everything that will be required, and the contract terms before booking.

Elopement Ceremonies $200
A 5 minute, legal basics ceremony (no editorial control).
Legal paperwork at your ceremony and after.
This pricing is available for 5 minute ceremonies scheduled from
11am to 2pm Monday to Friday, and before 12 noon on Saturdays.
Officiant is dressed casually.
Travel fees and taxes may apply.
Retainer is required.

Wedding Rehearsals $200
The rehearsal fee is $200.00 plus travel.
If your rehearsal is Tuesday – Thursday we can book it in advance.
Friday and Saturday rehearsals are booked no more than
2 weeks in advance and are based on Officiant availability.

Funeral Services $300
Memorial Services $300
Graveside Committal or Scattering Services $200
Celebration of Life Services $300
Includes phone consultations.
Travel fees and taxes may apply.
11am to 2pm Monday to Friday, and before 12 noon on Saturdays.
Weekends after noon – all services are $400
Must be paid in full at the time of booking.

NEW POLICY STARTING AUGUST 1, 2022

Going forward, all marriage type services will require full payment at the time of booking to retain the date and time you want. This includes weddings, elopements, renewals of vows, and commitment ceremonies. Basically if you want to get in my book, full payment to retain your date and time slot will be expected.

This will save everyone aggravation later on by eliminating the administration step of me chasing you, and you paying the balance closer to your wedding date, and will make for a more streamlined relationship between us.

Your ceremony date/time is reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer, until then, the date/time is available to other couples and families.
